Diversity
Diversity Textile Exhibiting Group varies from the norm in that their skills and experience range from ‘new to creative stitch’ to those with more experience. The group meet regularly once a month at the Creative Stitch Studio to share and learn new skills and enthusiasm for all aspects of textile art. A shared love of fabric, thread, texture, colour and surface stitchery results in each member’s work being as diverse and individual as the members themselves.

William Poole
Wood has always been a part of my life, from a small child knocking nails in my Granddads old chair to retirement and love of woodturning. The beauty of wood with its grain and figures as it is turning gives me great pleasure. I make small items, boxes, jewellery, goblets and clock surrounds. I have made by commission, large church candlesticks, bowls and platters to other individual items.

Rag Rugs
Rug making workshops, kits, rugs and supplies.
